We Commit to Seek to Serve

We pursue opportunities to serve our community with love, care and support.

The congregation of Lone Oak United Methodist values giving back to the Western Kentucky community and offers our time and resources generously. We believe that faith in action is the most effective way to express the love of Christ to those around us, and we strive to follow the example of Christ with an abundance of love, care, and support.

Faith isn’t something that we either have in full measure or not at all, nor is it something we possess statically - it will ebb and flow. Still, we understand that a Christian should grow in their faith; thus, we strive for intentional faith development, seeking various ways to offer both foundation and formation in our walk with God.

Do your work willingly, as though you were serving the Lord himself, and not just your earthly master.

MUSIC MINISTRY

Music plays an important part in our worship experience. From piano and organ, to the Chancel Choir and Handbell Choir, we love lifting our praise to God through music.
