We are enriched by our diverse ages and experiences.
Jesus said, "Let the children come to me." Kids are an integral part of the church. There is no greater blessing than seeing joy, wonder, and imagination through a child's eyes. Kid's have a way of finding God's miracles even in the mundane, and we believe it is important to keep that same vitality and curiosity alive within the congregation. The Lone Oak UMC children's program fosters that desire.

The teachings of the Bible give children a fundamental understanding of their place in a large world the are learning to explore. What we learn from Biblical teachings provides the basis for navigating the relationships with God, Jesus, their family, congregation and the entire community. Children can begin to develop a friendship with Christ and know his love for them.

ENGAGE IN EARLY BIBLE TEACHING THROUGH PLAY AND ACTIVITIES.
Children are welcome to remain throughout all services. Activity Bags are available in the back of the sanctuary.
We Are a Family in Faith
Together, we learn and grow stronger in faith.
Learning and growing is for our adults and children in our congregation alike! Our younger infants and toddlers are learning early interactions with a larger family of faith. Building these relationships allow our smallest Christian's to feel loved and supported in their faith early on.
We welcome them to worship in the sanctuary with us or they may spend the duration of the church service in the fully staffed and fully stocked nursery. Parents and caregivers can stay with children in the nursery and watch the service as it is live-streamed.
